Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of Nudiflora Zizhu capsule combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: 298 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into 143 patients in the group of Nudiflora Zizhu capsule combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) (treatment group) and 155 patients in the group of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) (control group), and both groups were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment), and oral Nudiflora Zizhu capsule was added to the treatment of treatment group on the basis of the above treatment, and the treatment period of 4 weeks was 1 course of treatment. The total effective rate was 93% in the treatment group and 81.3% in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment, and the comparison of the two groups was P<0.05. Conclusion: The treatment of acne vulgaris with Nudiflora Zizhu capsule and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) can significantly reduce the inflammatory papules and pain, inhibit the formation of pustules and hyperpigmentation, and prevent the formation of keloid scars.
