Abstract :Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of compound phellodendron liquid combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the healing of facial traumatic wounds. Methods: 180 patients with facial traumatic wounds were randomly divided into a treatment group (90 cases) and a control group (90 cases). The treatment group was given compound phellodendron liquid combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for external application, and the control group was given Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for external application. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 97.78%, and the cure rate of the control group was 87.78%, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound phellodendron liquid combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) can promote the healing of facial traumatic wounds.
