Abstract : Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for perianal abscess surgery. Methods 86 patients with perianal abscess after surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group used (1:5000) potassium permanganate solution for sitz bath after defecation in the morning on the 2nd day after surgery, and were routinely combined with antibiotics. Anti-infective treatment. Patients in the observation group were given Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and applied to the perianal wounds on the basis of the control group, 2 to 4 times a day. 5 days is a course of treatment, and there are 3 consecutive courses of treatment. Anal stenosis, postoperative secondary bleeding, wound healing time, and hospitalization time were observed in the two groups of patients. Evaluate the efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than the 83.72% in the control group (P<0.05); no case in the observation group had complications, and 1 case (2.33%) in the control group had anal stenosis; the wound surface in the observation group The healing time and hospitalization time were (28.25±5.02) d and (7.23±3.12) d respectively. The control group was (32.52±4.17) d and (9.56±2.58) d respectively. The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter. Compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, promote wound healing, and shorten the hospitalization time when used in the treatment of postoperative patients with perianal abscess.
