Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of eczema and contact dermatitis. Methods: 48 patients with eczema and contact dermatitis from May 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected Divide into two groups. The single-drug treatment group is treated with compound flumetasone ointment, and the combined treatment group is treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumetasone ointment. Compare the treatment effects of eczema and contact dermatitis between the two groups of patients; and the occurrence of adverse reactions; Differences in skin itching, skin lesion thickness, skin lesion area and skin lesion hardness scores between patients before and after treatment. Results: The therapeutic effect of eczema and contact dermatitis in patients in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the single drug treatment group, P<0.05; There were no serious side effects in both groups, P>0.05; before treatment, there was no significant difference in skin itching, skin lesion thickness, skin lesion area and skin lesion hardness scores between the two groups, P>0.05; after treatment, there was no significant difference in the combined treatment group Skin itching, skin lesion thickness, skin lesion area and skin lesion hardness scores improved more significantly, P<0.05. Conclusion: Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumetasone ointment has definite clinical effect in the treatment of eczema and contact dermatitis. , can improve clinical symptoms without obvious side effects, and is worthy of promotion.
