Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of eczema and contact dermatitis. Methods: 88 patients who came to our hospital for treatment of eczema and contact dermatitis from July 2013 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. The patients were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumetasone ointment. The drugs were mixed in an average proportion and applied to the affected area once /d for 2 weeks. The patients in the control group were treated with compound flumetasone ointment. For treatment, apply to the affected area, once/d, and continue to use for 2 weeks. result After treatment in the observation group, the effective rates of treatment for patients with eczema and contact dermatitis were 86.6% and 84.3% respectively. In the observation group, 4 patients were ineffective, and their effective rates were 55.2% and 60.8%. The effective rates of treatment in the observation group were 55.2% and 60.8%. It was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). in conclusion Compared with the control group, the healing time of the observation group was shorter than 4.5 days, and the time taken for clinical efficacy in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). in conclusion Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumetasone ointment has achieved satisfactory clinical results in the treatment of eczema and contact dermatitis, and is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
