Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy of postoperative treatment with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) after nail extraction. Methods The Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) was used to make oil sand after surgery, and the wound surface was changed every other day after surgery. It has been widely used in clinical practice. Results The patients who used the above method healed well, and complications such as infection and pain were significantly reduced. Conclusion From October 2012 to July 2014, our department used nail extraction and nail bed repair combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and achieved satisfactory treatment results.
