Abstract: Purpose: To explore the efficacy of mask oxygen therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of incontinence dermatitis. Methods: Select 60 cases of incontinence dermatitis admitted to ICU from June 2018 to May 2019 The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a simple digital table method, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with oxygen therapy with an oxygen inhalation mask combined with Kangfuxin Liquid and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment), while the control group was treated with oxygen therapy with an oxygen inhalation tube. + Erythromycin ointment treatment, compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 100%, which was higher than 60% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Mask oxygen therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) has significant effects in the treatment of incontinence dermatitis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
