Abstract :Objective To observe the clinical effect of Nuddy Flower Zizhu Capsule combined with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 143 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) combined with Nuddy Flower Zizhu Capsule, and the control group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin). The changes in the number of skin lesions and the clinical efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The number of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment (P<0.05), and the total effective rate after treatment was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) combined with Nuddy Flower Zizhu Capsule can effectively reduce the number of skin lesions in patients with acne vulgaris, and the efficacy is definite.
