Abstract : Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) + desonide cream for topical treatment of eczema/atopic dermatitis. Methods 106 patients with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (using desonide cream alone) and the combined group (Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) + desonide cream), 53 cases in each group, and the two groups were compared. Patient clinical treatment effects and incidence of adverse drug reactions. Results After patients in the combined group were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) + desonide cream, the clinical cure rate and total effective rate were 58.49% and 92.45% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group treated with desonide cream. patients, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) + desonide cream combined with external application has definite clinical effect in the treatment of eczema/atopic dermatitis , can effectively improve patients' subjective symptoms and skin lesions, and has practical value.
