Abstract :Objective:To explore the effect of compound polymyxin B combined with one-time radical surgery on incision area and inflammatory indexes in children with perianal abscess.Methods:A total of 90 children with perianal abscess admitted from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent one-time radical surgery, and the observation group was given Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) after surgery.The incision area, inflammatory indexes, complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group 7 days after surgery, and the level of inflammatory indexes was lower than that of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05);the incidence rate of complications and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with one-time radical surgery in the treatment of children with perianal abscess is better, which is conducive to wound healing, accelerates postoperative recovery, reduces inflammatory response, and has fewer complications and a lower recurrence rate.
