Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect and safety of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with fractional laser treatment for acne scarring. Methods Seventy patients with acne scarring admitted to Jinnan Branch of Jinjiang City Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into 2 groups of 35 patients each by randomized numerical table method. The control group was treated with fractional laser, and the study group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with fractional laser. After 3 months of treatment, the 2 groups were compared in terms of efficacy, acne scar weighting score (echelle d'evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne,ECCA), changes in skin status, inflammatory factors, positive rate of helminth mites, adverse effects and acne recurrence rate. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%, which was higher than that of the control group, which was 80.00% (P < 0.05); the ECCA score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the time of scab shedding, redness and pain disappearance were shorter than that of the control group, and the positive rate of helminth mites and acne recurrence rate were lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) levels of the study group were lower than that of the control group.
