Abstract: To explore the treatment of suppurative paronychia. Correct treatment and appropriate medication can control the symptoms of suppurative paronychia, accelerate healing, shorten the course of disease, and reduce the patient's pain. From February 2011 to December 2014, this study used Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) to treat 52 patients with suppurative paronychia on the hands and feet. Through clinical treatment effect observation, the results showed that most of the 52 patients in the treatment group achieved good clinical efficacy. The results showed that the topical Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for the treatment of suppurative paronychia is a simple method with definite efficacy, which is worthy of promotion and application.
