To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation plus Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of postoperative pain after anal disease, 428 patients undergoing anal disease surgery were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 214 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and local application of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on the second day after surgery, while the control group was treated with warm water sitting bath to clean the perianal area and then conventional dressing treatment. The results showed that the analgesic effect and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The results showed that local application of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) after Chinese medicine fumigation can significantly relieve postoperative pain after anal disease, reduce the pain of patients, and improve patient satisfaction.
