To explore the effect and impact of methotrexate + Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in children; Methods 120 children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the parity test results of the final recorded electronic data of the patients upon admission, the patients were divided into two groups of 60 people, an observation group of 60 people and a control group of 60 people. This survey was conducted between June 2020 and June 2022. Normal patients will be treated with methotrexate, and during this process, the research team will combine it with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on the basis of the treatment of normal patients, and treat the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Serum status and eosinophil levels were compared. Atopic dermatitis symptom scores, eczema area and severity index, and pediatric dermatology life quality index were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.
