Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) + Puji hemorrhoid suppository in the treatment of patients with anal sinusitis. Methods: 36 patients with anal sinusitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group (16 cases) were treated with Puji hemorrhoid suppository, and the research group (20 cases) were treated with compound multi- The efficacy of colistin B ointment + Puji hemorrhoid suppository in the treatment of anal sinusitis was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the research group (100.00%) was higher than that in the control group (75.00%), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). The symptom and sign scores of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, including anal pain (1.12±0.32), anal swelling (1.13±0.28), incomplete stool (1.05±0.11), anal itching (1.03± The scores of 0.32), anal sinus edema (1.03±0.08), and anal sinus congestion (0.85±0.12) were all lower than those of the control group (1.69±0.33), (1.75±0.36), (2.05±0.36), and ( 2.01±0.42) points, (2.03±0.05) points, (2.00±0.63) points, with statistical significance, (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) + Puji hemorrhoid suppository has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with anal sinusitis and is worthy of clinical use.
