Abstract: To analyze the effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of acne vulgaris. A total of 100 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with naked flower purple bead capsules, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the number of papules, acne and pustules in the observation group was less than that in the control group ( P<0.05). 0.05); there was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05); after treatment, the stratum corneum water content in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the facial seborrheic volume and inflammatory skin lesion indicators were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Studies have found that Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) is effective in treating acne vulgaris. It can improve the patient's overall treatment effectiveness, reduce the number of skin lesions and adverse reactions, improve the patient's quality of life, and has a high degree of treatment safety.
