Abstract : Objective To explore the clinical effect of isotretinoin combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods 60 patients with moderate to severe acne were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 30 cases each. The study group was treated with isotretinoin and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment), while the control group was treated with isotretinoin alone. , compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients. Results The total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), and the average onset time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Isotretinoin combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of moderate to severe acne, with rapid onset of action and few adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
