Abstract : Anal fissure is a common anorectal disease. It is currently believed that anal fissure is an ischemic ulcer caused by spasm of the internal sphincter, which induces local blood supply deficiency. The main manifestations are pain and blood in the stool. This study used Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) to treat early anal fissure patients and achieved satisfactory results.
