Abstract : Eczema is an inflammatory skin disease caused by a variety of internal and external factors. It is the most common in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of dermatology. Skin lesions often manifest as macules, papules, plaques, scaling, exudation, lichenification, etc., and the itching symptoms are obvious, which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients. From January 2016 to August 2016, our department admitted a total of 178 patients with eczema. 84 cases were treated with topical halometasone cream (Hong Kong Aome Pharmaceutical) combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) (Zhejiang Rishengchang Pharmaceutical), and the treatment effect was satisfactory.
