Abstract : Among common clinical skin diseases, chronic eczema and basic dermatitis have always maintained a very high incidence rate, and their inducing factors exist at multiple levels. Most patients have itching symptoms, and the recurrence rate is very high. Because the patient's skin has different degrees of damage, and corticosteroids are needed during the treatment process, the skin sensitivity increases [1-2]. Therefore, in order to avoid bacterial, viral and other infections in the injured area, it is necessary to increase the use of antibacterial drugs to promote the recovery of the patient's lesion site as soon as possible. This study analyzes the effect of Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) combined with compound flumethasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema and contact dermatitis.
