Abstract : Objective To analyze the effect of Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) on promoting ulcer healing in the treatment of diabetic lower limb skin infection. Methods Summary: A diabetic patient suffered an interrupted fracture of the left tibia and fibula. One year after tibial intramedullary pin internal fixation, the skin was ulcerated and infected. Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) was applied three times a day, and the growth of the wound was observed. speed and adverse drug reactions.
